They just announced that they expect revenues to be down 25% from last quarter, when you’d normally expect an increase of 10% of more.
Wow. This is bad, much worse than Intel’s pretty bad forecast. This is so bad it almost seems too bad, like something on top of recession is causing it.
What does this mean? It means if the Abu Dhabi deal doesn’t get approved by the necessary governmental authorities, this company will die from recession, period. However, it also probably removes any possibility that the deal won’t go through.
