The latter part of the thread details getting close to 4.7GHz using very heavy cooling.
However, it’s the first part of the thread which should prove to be of more interest to most: 3.5GHz with air.
Mileage will obviously vary, but if this is fairly close to what these things can do, well, somebody green has some big problems in at least the enthusiast market.
