Burning in with ram?

Does burning in work for ram as well as it works for cpus? Whats your opinion on this?

Burning in RAM doesn't always help but sometimes it does. When using the Samsung PC2700 ddr burning in will help you hit higher speeds. In general Burning in doesn't hurt and its a good idea to do so you can also see if your ram is causing any instability in your system.
