Salutations fellow SMP'ers. Just wanted to let you know that Crucial has a $25 coupon for 256megs DDR2100(I know, only 2100:() ECC Registered memory. after taxes (I am in Alabama) it only cost me $47. Not the fasest, but quality is mainly what I'm looking for, along with a decent price tag of course:D

I'd doubt it.

In re: to DDRII, it's going to be a long time before it works its way onto SMP boards anyhow... in fact, I think it'll be a couple months before we even see things like SMP boards that support PC2700 DDR and 166 MHz FSB....

yes, as matter of fact, we may have to wait for couple 'YEARS" b4 DDR-II coming out..... but i am still waitin' for it..lol.

so if i have pc2700 ram, i wont get a boost over pc2100? cool, then i can sell my one pc2700 and get more pc2100!
