asusv7100 4X???

Ive got a asus v7100 deluxe combo card, 32 megs .
I set the bios to run at 4X but all i get is 2X, when i pull up info on the card it says that the side band is off and that the card is running at 2x, help i cant find any documentation and these setting, not even from asus.
if anyone knows how to get this puppy running at 4x please let me know. thanks.

if u use VIA 4in1 drivers, install them in TURBO mode

I am running win me and i have the 815 chipset
on a asus cusl2-c mobo
