What are your experiences with O/C Samsung PC2700 333mhz DDR???

I'm interrested in this ram for my new P4 2.26Ghz, Asus P4S533 system. Actually I don't have many choices available in the local stores. It's either the 512mb Samsung PC2700 or the 512mb Corsair PC2700 with heat spreader (meaning this is the one which is actually an O/C 2100).

I was just wondering to those who bought this ram, how well did it overclock for you? This ram ended up to be the best overclocker in one review, going as hight as 220mhz(440mhz). From some users I heard they also got it past 200mhz, but others have problems running it even at the default 166mhz and had to underclock to 133mhz. That sounds like faulty ram though .

The samsung does not seem to all overclock the same, just like a cpu. The better overclocking stuff seems to be the ones with chips marked lower than 220.
My 512 has 217 chips and does great. I also have some 256 with 211 chips that does very well.
