Asides from the dryice cooling done by crazy people I hope this is true;

Cooling with an ALPHA PAL8045 @ 1.95V keeping in mind the smaller core looks really promising.

These lists always crack me up. People will go to the most insane lengths to overclock their chips, but most of them won't even bother to re-install their OS to enable SSE.
