What to do?

I have PC2100 DDR on my abit TR7A-RAID mobo. can I use anything faster? And which is better ECC or non-ECC?

which is better depends... normal users don't need error correction.

servers and mission critical systems need error correction.

error correction does slightly slow the ram down a bit.

Well, can I put faster stuff in? I have already decided to go with non ECC so i can upgrade cheeper

You only need faster ram if your gonna overclock your system. Put up more info on your system so we can help you better.
