I have my spare Pc folding as often as i can (almost 24 hours a day) and i want to monitor it through my network. I would have to share the folder that F@H is in and load up EMIII on my machine and select the file on the other computer right?

Pretty much, I'd say you've got it. Just locate the core.exe through your network with emIII. That should be all you have to do. Besides, what have you got to lose by trying?;)

plus, don't forget about VNC (http://www.uk.research.att.com/vnc/download.html) . if all you want is to be able to check in on your other puter from time to time to make sure it's going okay, i'd use VNC. i found out about it from this board and it's been very useful. excellent and free. of course, so is EMIII

I tried it and it works but everytime i shutdown my main pc and turn it back on, i cant monitor anymore. It tells me theres an error and doesnt show any stats. I have to choose the fah.exe file all over again for it to work. Any thoughts?

Just checking: Do you remember to save the settings when you have changed them?

KDFold allows you to monitor all your boxes in one interface

I need something that i can just give a quick glance at and know what im seeing. KDFold has too many things on the screen at the same time. I cant get EM3 to work! As soon as i reboot and start it back up, it gives me an error and seems like it cant connect to the other pc. If i delete the box and add it again, it works fine. *sigh* i dont know what to use....

Walter, yes i did and i cant even chg the name of the box... I chg it, save it and it wont chg it. I tried restarting it, no luck.

Well, after trying to fix Em3 it didnt work so i had to use KDfold. Its not that bad actually. After you configure it the way you want it looks pretty good and IT WORKS ON MY PC, lol. Would be cool though to be able to see how many WU's you've done since you started folding, i mean, i have 10 completed and the 11th in about an hour but theres only 1 in the history portion of KDfold. :D Thanks for the link CoolLion.
