Can i adjust a 420Watt turbo link PSU that came with my chiftec case. my 12v = 11.81, 5 = 4.8. i can adjust these in the PSU to get them up a bit. i had a 250watt running this system before with smaller variation.

well mine has now been running perfect with the same stats for a while with the system in the sig and 10 fans total.

There could be a pot inside the Powersupply- tweaking it would raise the voltages- take a look if you dont mind no more warenty-
