My friend has an ECS k7s5a. He can't do 133 FSB.
IT IS NOT THE MEMORY!
anyway I have read that it may be a voltage problem.
The bios does not have an option for upping the Vcore.
I would like to use the bridges to up the default Vcore.

I have read several web sites and I have confilicting reports

AMD XP1600 AGKGA stepping

Not looking to OC. Just wanting to run stock speed.

thank you for your time and have a good day.

I don't want to change max Vcore I need to change Default Vcore

Try the BIOS FAQ (k7s5a specific) at the following link from ocworkbench forums:

Go to this site HERE (http://www.ocinside.de/html/workshop/socketa/xp_painting.html) for an interactive guide on which bridges to alter to achieve various multiplier and voltage settings on the XP. Look HERE (http://www.ocinside.de/index_e.html?/html/workshop/socketa/socketa_resistors.html) for the guide for T-BIRDS and DURONs.

Good Luck!
