Does anyone have this soundcard? How is it?

I can get the SB Live 1024 Bulk, and the Guillemot Gamesurround Fortissimo II ( http://europe.hercules.com/products/gf2/features_gf2.php ) for the same price. So, witch would be best for a me? I listen to music, watches movies and play games on my computer.
