Why are my 3D Mark 2001 scores so low?

Hi guys. I just got an Asus A7A266 mobo, 1.2 ghz athlon, and a Hercules Prophet II GTS Pro video card. For some reason when I run 3DMark2001, I only get a score around 4000 @ 800X600 in 32 bit. What gives? How can I find out where the problem is? Thanks
