which one is a better deal V5 for $50.00 or Radeon LE which can be converted to DDR for $78.00?

I would definately get the Voodoo5:

1) Same or better performance
2)Cheaper
3)Better FSAA.

I ABSOLOUTLY love my Voodoo5!
