I have never seen it but just to let you know new egg has an awesome chieftec case (no psu) much like the one you linked for only $65.. SHIPPED! I just bought this case and it is great. The only problem is that it has "built in" fan grills that would be hard to mod for regular fan grills.

I like the second case better.. since it looks better stock; however if you are looking to truely mod your own case (paint, etc) than the first one should work fine.

I was checking this one out at a local pc shop before I got my hydraulic case. It's a relatively narrow case for a full size tower. The metal chassis is light and thin so cutting through it should be a breeze. I know there are a few better generic full size towers out there that are more mod friendly, but this one should do fine.

The 2nd one is great, mods or no mods.

I've seen the 1st case modded, painted, etc, etc...
It looks awesome, and the airflow of the case is TOP NOTCH!!!
The second one, pretty much just looks like an already painted Antec/Chieftec Full/Server Case. Depending on the prices, I'd go for the first one (but then again, I do alot of case mods myself :cool: )

i think i own the mid tower version of that case...... looks identical to a case sitting in my basement, if it is the same company... i wouldn't buy that case, the mid tower version is the devil

i read som of the review in there and they talked aobut cuts and getting paper cuts from metal dosnt feel good, i think im going to get the blue 1 (from directron) cuz it is already painted and that is the part that you have to wait for- drying etc.- and that is no fun:D :eh?: :D

I owned that case, it was a piece of ****. The powerbutton didn't work out of the box and the co I bought it from didn't care. Stay away from that case and follow my rules of 3's.... three things you NEVER skimp on:

1.) RAM
2.) PSU
3.) CASE

As always go AMD and stick with major brand mobo is my advice...

Yes, I have one of those cases. It is otherwise known as a Q!. It is a full height and is very large. Let me do a search on it as I know there have been reviews on it. I added my antec psu to it to power the mobo and use the 300 to power all else. I like the case and it is very large.

Finally found it. Here is a review on it and you may be able to find others. I know several have modded it. Have fun. This case was otherwise known as a q4. Might want to do some searching on it to get the best buy however it is rather cheap for a full height case. Take Care.

I have the Chieftec from www.newegg.com and its good as it sit or to mod up. You can get them with windows in them!(mine doesn't because I like to make my own and spice it up)I already had an Antec 400w psu so the Chieftec was great.
