Best PC1xx RAM?

I'm looking at getting rid of my generic PC133 crap (giving me too many headaches). I'm looking at some Kingmax PC150 512mb sticks, however I'd like to know if there is better RAM out there, with a price/performance thought. Crucial is good, but how does it do against the Kingmax?

Mushkin PC150.Love it!!

166Mhz and there is room for alot more if i wanted

I didn't know Mushkin had PC150 available...how much per stick?

I dunno, the KingMax (from some reviews that I've pulled up on Google) seems to do very well, and it's quite a bit cheaper than the Mushkin (I'm looking at 512mb sticks). Don't get me wrong 166MHz FSB sounds great, but for $90/256mb that's a bit o' cash.
