I recently got this card to replace my onboard... my pos mobo doesnt have a AGP slot.. so i was forced to get a PCI video card. I figured for the less amount of cash that I have.. I would get the cheap ATi Radeon 7000 32mb PCI okay.. now I have it.. I installed it everything is fine, but in gameplay my FPS goes from 35-75 constantly.. is around 40fps alot.. and it jumps and falls constantly.. This is a problem.. Is there anyway I can fix this?

i dont think that should be a problem because in different scenes the video card has to render different stuff, sometimes there r quite a lot of them and some intensive effects.
there are also some effects the video card cant process and will demand some cpu work.

How fast is your processor? Seems like your CPU isn't keeping up or isn't very steady.

Keep other cards away from that videocard slot. I think the PCI bus shares among all devices connected to it.
