i have installed the 2.31 as well as the 2.32 highpoint drivers and have noticed no real change in performance.i have noticed however both versions install 2 drivers one hpt 3xx.sys and hptpro.sys unlike the original 1.03b driver that came with the mobo that only installs the hpt 3xx.sys driver.i am curios to know if it installs both in everyone system.i have read that many who are running xp have had to delete the hptpro.sys file in winn\system32\drivers folder to get normal funtion from the highpoint.i have deleted the file myself with no notice of any change.does anyone know what to make of this?
