I have a Geforce GTS Pro w/64megsDDR, and there are no heatsinks on the memory. I can overclock the memory to 400MHz, and I was wondering if anyone knew how much more overclock I could expect with the addition of some memory heatsinks.

There is no guarantee that the use of heatsinks on your memory will allow you to overclock more, the people who use them generally claim they help stability a little and nothing more, however I am unsure if they are really needed as when touching my memory it does not feel hot.

GeForce2 Pro is a nice card. It needs some RAM sinks on the RAM chips when you overclock them. Yes, they will overclock higher.. I donno exactly how much farther you can overclock..but you need to add some heatsinks as they do depend on it more than the GTS.
