what's the right cpu temp if I have an 38C case temp? ambient(room)temp is around 33C. Currently I'm getting a 46C idle & 57C load on P4 1.6A@2.48 1.6v w/ volcano 7+. Is the cpu temp normal for the ambient temp?
Would water cooling do much lowering the temp or will the temp stays same?
Would an extra top 80mm fan(exhaust) & side 80mm fan (intake near the cpu) have a better air case cooling? Or just add an add'l rear & top exhaust will do? can you advise a good cooling solution without spending much money.
