Help w/ error message!!!

Hey guys. I recently got a Hercules Geforce II Pro (drivers 12.41) and am having some problems. Often in the middle of the game (in win2k) the blue screen comes up with the following message, "DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL Beginning dump of physical memory" I am also using an Asus A7A266 mobo if that has anything to do with it. If anyone has any suggestions as to the cause of this, that would be great thanks.

It may be the driver, try completely removing all of the current driver files from your puter, then install a different driver, try and earlier realeased one.

get rid of the 12.41's and get the 12.60's you will also see better benchmark scores to boot.
