what kind of Power supply do you have, it may not be enough to power all your systems. or it could be going bad?

Try disconnectiong one of the hard drives to conserve power. If it still wont work, disconnect the CD-ROM. This will help you determine whether or not this is a power problem.

Go into the Bios, go to Hardware monitor and check your 3.3 voltage. If it is below 3.2V then you need a better PSU. Not getting enough to the AGP slot.

How can you see the bios if you don't get video?

because the computer usually loads up after around 10 minutes of constant reseting lol and works fine until its powered off i think it is the psu.
