Hi there guys,
Can you please help me. I'm after purchasing an abit KT7a mobo and installed all my cards. I switched the system on and it frooze after 20minutes. I then removed and uninstalled all cards and replaced them back into my system one by one until I got stability. However I noticed by system frooze again when I placed my Sound card (Soundblaster Player 5.1). I then removed and uninstalled the card to see if this was the problem. The system ran stable for 2-days. I reinstalled the sound card and it froose my system again. My system spec is
AMD 1.1 gig Coolmaster Hsf (temps OK) not overclocked
Abit kt7a mobo Via kt133a
sound card as above
g-force 256 video card
128mb pc-133 crucial Ram
Creative dxr3 mpeg card
Diamond modem 56k
Amd Approved PSU 300Watt
