Running a epox 8k7a 512 ram kingston and crucial the only thing I can think of is the vid card Radeon 7000 VE OCed to 169 the stock speed was 155 any higher than that UT does not look right should I get a better vid card by the way the whole setup is watercooled 45-51C.

i dont understand but from the thread it sound like u cant get ur 900 duron to go anyhigher than 1035 mhz ? if it wont go anyhigher then thats as far as u can go ur water cooling temps are kinda high tho

Think about doing a volt mod. You may not be getting enough power to the Duron before the BIOS can kick in and increase the voltage. My Duron 750 hit a wall at 900, but would post easily at higher speeds after doing a volt mod.

Just got it to post at 1080 messin with the cas on the ram right now the duron is running at 1.9 I can run it up to 2.09 I was reading about a "trick" you can do to get it up to 3v along with the ram but I am running an old radeon and the video dies when I try to OC it above 175 as for the water cool temps I had to pull out the 120mm fan and I am running two 80mm piggy back and the radiator is internal to the system to keep the noise down I know I could open the case up to save a few degrees but dont like the noise did I mention I am in New Mexico damn hot but with seti running and playing UT it wont get any higher that 51c.

i was able to get my 750 duron ANDA stepping to post at 1.2 ghz and get in to windows at 1.1 ghz, completely stable, at 1.75v. i didn't mess with the FSB though, only the multiplier. my temps were 39C idle 45C full load. aircooled with a dragon orb 3.

god...he just slapped you in the face with that 1! yeah those temps seems really high if you are trying to overclock (it doesnt matter where you are if you want to overclock higher you have to have low temps) i do better than that with my air cooling btw...how hot is it there? it could only be like 20°F (maybe not even that...i dunno) hotter there and you are saying your getting like 10-12°C hotter than it is around here!
