stability is excellent. possibly the best ram on the market.
overclocking is a different story... while im sure i'll get flame for this... crucial ram isn't the best overclocking ram. its about average. certainly it will overclock decently... but more than likely you won't get that killer FSB your looking for.
my pc2100 won't go over 142mhz on stock timings. thats pretty sad, but its stable as a rock.

My Crucial Ram can do 166 mhz at the fastest timmings and 2.8v
