3rd person in Morrowind?

How do you get 3rd person view in Morrowind? I thought this game was supposed to support first person and third person? I just played it for a bit and could not find the option for using third person. I want to know before I spend the money on this game. Yes I only play third person as I cant get the hang of first person. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

I hate the game in third person, only because he always looks like he's running in slow mo

on the other hand I can't stand the game in 1st person mode, I think it looks ghey! 3rd person makes the game more playable (for me at least anyway) the only time I use 1st person is when I'm casting spells, and or using arrows, so then I can aim better.
