Best Cooling for P4 and the Case?

Im building new system. Whats a good HSF or cooling system for the P4? Also, whats a good cooling system for the whole case (besides just a ton of fans :D )

heard good things about the AX478, also uhhh lotsa quiet fans is good for case cooling :).

yea i have the ax-478 with a quiet 30cfm fan on it works better then the stock intel hsf but if you plan to overclock go with a 60cfm delta fan with a rheostat on it
