Gladiac 920 Underperforming

I don't think my new Elsa card is performing very well. Two problems: 1) i can't play DVD movies for some reason, win2k tells me i don't have a DVD decoder. 2) my 3Dmark2001 benchmarks are only 2229. This seems like a fairly low score for a Geforce 3 card, and the framerates I get in games are a pretty low. Any suggestions?

Keep playing around, you'll find what's wrong sooner or later. Different drivers will have different effects with your system and software, so if one doesn't work try another.
