I have a 1yr old CTX PL510G 15" monitor on my Win2k PC, running at 800x600, 32bit colour, 85hz refresh off a Matrox G400DualHead. At times and lately very much, the screen behaves as if it has a twitch and "jumps". Nothing I do fixes it. This screen also has a faint horizontal moving line at the mid-bottom of the screen that moves up and down slightly all the time.I have the exact same monitor on my Win98 PC off a ATI RageII AGP at same settings, and that screen never jumps, twitches or gives any problems. Both setups are in same position etc. The only difference in the hardware is the video cards and the Win2k machine has a metal case while the 98 machine has a plastic one. What can I do sort of sending the screen back? The supplier is shocking at returns...
