Mr. B and Thelemac! New Forum?

I wanted to put in a request for a new forum in the amd mobo forum for Gigabytes. I would help get as much information as possible to help all the brothers out there in need of help on these boards.

?Is this the correct way to request something like this. :eh?:

EDIT: I have found a wealth of helpful info, moded bios, and related that will make a good sticky if we can get this forum started.

I suppose that technically it should go in Forum Coments and Suggestions, but this sure seems like a reasonable place to me. I'm guessing it would help if other people who want a Gigabyte forum would add a note to this thread expressing their support. (I'm neutral, I don't own a Gigabyte)

I agree, i own a ga-7vrxp and it has many problems. A forum for gigabyte would be useful to post problems, or complaints :P

I concur, we need a Gigabyte forum. Seems like Gigabyte is coming out w/ lots of new AMD/Intel enthusists boards and there will be a need for a forum.

I don't own one, but i think it's a good idea, since the other mobo forum seems cluttered up with lots of gigabyte stuff, enough to make another forum for.

However, in a similar thread in the suggestions area a couple of months ago, Skip said he'd rather see less topics than more. However, the need for a Gigabyte area wasn't quite as obvious then.

i think we should just have AMD mobos and Intel mobos... we dont have one for T-birds, XP's and T-bred's, why do we need all these forums for different mobo makers... just my $0.2

I talked to Thelemac and I am just going to gather the GB info and get it posted as a sticky in the other mobo forum.

I tend to agree now that I think about it ag. Maybe we could just have a sticky at the top of amd or intel mobo forums that does an auto search for each man. This would clean up the front portal or whatever you call it.
