ATI Radeon 64mg DDR, Already Dead!!

Well that did'nt last. Purchased a Radeon 64mg DDR AGP retail on 6/21 and the card is already dead. It was'nt overclocked either. Anyone else have this happen to them. Starting to question ATI quality.
