Does anyone know how to change IRQ in Win2k?

I get really really really bad static from my sound card when the hard drive is reading. I checked the IRQ and there's 7 devices sharing IRQ 11. I would like to move my raid controller IRQ 11 to IRQ 10 which is unused. Any ideas?

Unfortunately, Windows 2000's ACPI will do that if you want to or not. It'll even override what your BIOS sets a lot of times. I think if you do a fresh install if W2K you can tell it not to use ACPI, but once its installed you can't change it. One of those Microsoft features :(
