what is a good overclock for a geforce 2 ultra?

Im at 260/510 and it seems to be running fine

I have seen many articles and reviews that state that, w/ stock HSF on the card, 300/500 is the best and stablest they found. I imagine w/ better cooling you could push it even higher.
