Ok, first of all i will tell you my planned setup.
1 - 120mm panaflo 68.9 cfm intake fan in the front
1 - 80mm panaflo 39.6 cfm intake fan on the side
1 - 80mm panaflo 39.6 cfm rear exhaust fan
1 - 80mm panaflo 39.6 cfg blowhole fan
with an AX-7/39.6 panaflo on my XP 1800+
So thats a total of 108.5 cfm of intake and 79.2 cfm of outtake. Does that sound right to you guys? Or should I add another rear exhaust fan?

You want equal in and out flow, I suggest a 120mm fan for the blow hole also.

I thouhgt you wanted to have slighty more air coming in than going out? Or did I read something wrong???

okay thanks.. ill get a 92mm fan instead. im also thinking it might be a good idea to have a duct for my cpu fan if i find i dont get nice temps.

thoose numbers seem about right, i would try shooting for about 20-30% more air in then out, just to cut down on the dust, and try taping off all other holes in your case, so only air come in where you have directed it

might wanna consider your power supply, it'll add to the exhausted total. just a thought

hellrazr makes a good point i forget to mention, a 300W powersupply, depending on your setup, should run 1 or 2, maybe 3 fans without any reductions in your 12V and 5V, any more then that and your voltage might start to slip, and you don't want that
a good powersupply is essential for a stable computer, i suggest Sparkle or Antec
