Which is it better to overclock, the RAM or the core? I tried overclocking to 215/490 but I locked up on the second test of the 3DMarks2K1. I overclocked to 215/460, but the performance difference was negligable. So would it be better just to up the RAM speed? And how much will overclocking a GF3 effect the life of the card, in general?
