what is the concensus on the dually board with the best overclockability? not counting the k7 cause it's WAAAAAAAY the hell too expensive.
the reason being that i have been planning to build a water cooled dually, but it's pointless if it isn't going to overclock at all.

I'd say the best all around overclocking dual board would be a toss up between the Iwill MPX2, the MSI K7D Master or the Chaintech 7KDD. I personally have a little apprehension about anything "Chaintech", and since the MPX2 is turning out to have fewer overclocking options than first thought, I chose the K7D Master... FSB selections are limited, but you have CPU Core voltage control and multiplier control (on unlocked CPU's, of course). The only thing that's missing entirely is DDR voltage control, which **could** be added in a future BIOS.
That's my take.

think twice if u gonna water cool a duallie looking for high o/c from it!!!
the mainly problem to o/c a duallie actually isn't the cpu or the board from what i've seen from people. it actually is the 760MPX chipset!!! since it was originally designed for stability as first prority! o/c is the last thing (if they ever thought of) to be concern for the chipset designer.
from what it seems like, most people top out their duallie setup in between 140~150FSB, some lucky individual could hit 150~155FSB. but that's it! w/ that in mind, most high end air cooler could do that even w/ 1.85v. there's really isn't much sense/reason to water cool a duallie that the chipset could do (very lucky) max. 150~155FSB!
u watercool b/c the board/memory could out-do ur cpu. but when ur cpu could do more than the board/chipset, there isn't any sense to watercool anymore.
just my 2 cents.

i know that duals aren't very overclocker friendly, i had originally wanted to overclock it and water cool it for the fun and challenge. i was more than likey just gonna do it on my gaming/lan rig that's in the works.
