I was looking at the cpu datbase and i noticed that a guy posted a cpu that was a P4 2.22b in a Abit th711 motherboard.

I thought that because the Abit th711 ran the I850 chipset and not the I850e chipset that these chips wouldn't work?

Can someone tell me if I can buy a new P4 and replace my North wood with one of these new sick 533FSB p4's?

Yup, it unofficially supports it. Just take that B processor, stick it in the mobo and up the FSB to 133 MHz and you're at stock speeds.

What about the RDRAM can it OC to 533?

I love INTEL.

Thanks Judge.

It depends. If you get PC1066, and you're at 133 MHz mobo FSB, then your RAM is also at stock speeds at 4x multiplier. However, some PC800 will do PC1066, some will not, so you'll have to use your multipliers and switch between 3x and 4x depending on what it can handle.
