At NewEgg, I was looking at Kingston RAM and they have two types of certain RAM.
For PC800, they have KVR800X16/128 and KVR800X16-8/128 w/ an $8 difference. Then for PC1066, they have KVR1066X18-4/128 and KVR1066X16-4/128 w/ a $3 difference.
If I remember correctly, this has something to do with the memory chip sizes and how many it has, and also wether it's double sided, right? What's weird is as it goes into 256 MB sticks, they just have one type of PC800 and PC1066.
So my question is, what will overclock better and why? Can someone explain this?
