Cheap ddr prices?

How much is 256mb of cheap Nanya, or Infinion ram going for? PC 2700 DDR Cas Latency of 2.5
Do you think I could find some of this cheap stuff for under 30 bucks? I need quick answers on this, so if you know anything about how much cheap ram would cost, please give input.

not sure the cheapest i know is that Samsung Original but its 72 for a stick of 256MB at newegg.com
