Whats the best performin RDR PC-1066 brand out there?

Hey, i wanna oc a p4 @ 2.26Ghz but i can't afford water cooling and dont want a grinder-like fan in my bedroom, so i just thought that maybe i can reach 2.5Ghz or so with a 50 CFM fan and a well cooled case. Since thats not such an extreme overlock i think taking the RDR way is the best, so i only have a couple of questions...

What mobo to get??? Asus or Abit (2.5ghz with rdr pc1066)???

The only brand of PC1066 that NewEgg caries is Kingston, and they are typically pretty good and can often reach 145-150 FSB.
