Potential problems with my dream system?

I believe the ABIT has the ability to lock the PCI/AGP busses at 33/66, respectively. I would go with a D-Tek Spir@l, Tygon tubing, and a D-Tek heatercore. I'd go with Mushkin 3200. I have no knowledge of any XMS vs. Mushkin article, though Mushkin has nearly unbeatable tech support.

where is D-Tek's website? (or at least someplace where i can read more about it..)
