It's normal GTS GPU@260 ram@370?

I get GeForce 2 GTS (ELSA GLADIAC™ GeForce2 GTS) . First what i done, i stisk heatsinks on to memory and screw cooler to GPU. The maximum what i get out from GTS GPU@260 Ram@370DDR. But it's hawe some glitch: some time it's freeze up show blank screen. The tmp are normal radiator of GPU are cool and radiators of ram are litlebit warm. What can i doo? And it's normal GPU@260 ram@370?

Actually, that is excellent ! My old Leadtek Gf2 GTS would only run at 225/ 370 at the max.
