hey all.
I just put my enermax 365 back together after watercooling it. (i'll post pics once i know its working) I'm trying to test it before i plug it into the mb and i don't think its working so well. I jumped pin 14 to 17, plugged in a small heatsink fan, and flipped the switch. the fan comes on for about a second then goes off. If I flip the switch off and wait a moment, then switch it back on, the fan will again come on. I can repeat this over and over. there are no sparks or burning odors and i have not yet run water through it.

Ok, wait- i just tried something else. I thought there might not be enough load on the ps so I added another fan and with the two hooked up, they stayed on.
Does this make sense? Thanks in advance!

EDIT: because i _DID_ jump 14 to 17 and _NOT_ 11 to 14 as i originally said.

Right. I did know what terminals to jump (because i did a search and found that handy picture of yours). And i did jump them. And when i jumped them, the fan went on for a moment (0.66seconds) then off again. I repeated this several times with the same results. Then, i plugged an _additional_ fan and the (apparently) additional load somehow kept the PS from shutting off. Now, i ask: IS this Normal? I think i need to invest in a DMM.
Thanks again.

Bump... because i don't have an answer.

[Da Whip thought he was answering the question because i originally mis-wrote (subsequently edited) what pins i jumped. I _DID_ jump the correct ones in the first place and do have the "symptoms" i outlined]

Thanks!
