IRC Problem(i think)

Well when i got my new video card (2 - 3 months ago) i had problems with my dvd decoder card. I posted here back when it first happened and someone told be it was a problem with irq. The video card is a geoforce with video out and its a real magic dvd decorder card. I am wanting to put the card back in and wondering how i can max it work. Some said a new PCI slot others said the bios. When i put the card in it will not allow me to start up my computer how can i fix this easy?

Yikes. Good question. I would first try and email some of the senior members, sometimes they overlook posts, like I did this one.

They would be more likely to have an answer. I rarely ever have problems with cards, other than they don't get seated correctly or have dirt on the contacts/in the PCI slot.

Placid is a wealth of info and has been very helpful to me in the past.
