View Full Version : online chat for noobs
I am a noob from Iceland so there isint many people that overclock. I have asked "how do I overclock" here in Iceland and most of them say DON'T DO IT if you don't know how. The problem is you don't just sit in front of the computer and efter few minutes you know how. So, is there any online chat place where you can ak some experts? I have so many questions that I don't want to post them all up here. If it isin't alredy a real thing isin't ittime to make one?
P.S. isin't it a good idea to put your watercooler in a refrigerator to ger lower temp.?

Welcome to the forums ODE. first thing you can do is read the beginner guides from the front page. Then if you have a specific question hit the search button it is in the top right, enter key words from your question. then read all threads that come up. you might have to change the words a few times to find a good thread. then if you are still left with a question then post it in the right area. There is also the PM function. It is useful if you see someone has the same hardware or they have posted something that you would like a more detailed explanation. Good Luck and welcome to the world of Overclocking. by the way do you fold?

If you want to learn about overclocking, then go to the front page and there are many good articles there to teach about overclocking, cooling and just about anything else you need to know. Then, come here to the forums and use the search feature of vbulletin to see if the specific questions that you have, have been answered already. If not, or you don't understand the answers in the thread, then post up a new thread asking your question. Be sure to state what kind of hardware that you are running in your post to help us know what you are having problems with or have a question about. You can also learn a heck of a lot by just lurking, reading posts in threads here.
By the way, I see you only have 2 posts, so Welcome to the forums!!
