My Radeon 32MB DDR looks GREAT during games, but I guess it doesn't match MANY boards out there, these scores suck compared to MOST of ya'lls. Could a few of you with COMPARABLE boards post your scores???

You mean comparable M/B or CPU's? I guess my M/B is similar but would it be better to get someone with the same speed and video card? For what it is worth here is mine. I want to note my 1st time using this software I got 3388.

no i meant comparable graphics cards...GeForce cards tend to be faster than Radeons...i would like for someone with the same card or similar ( 64 DDR [early one] ). the later 64MB DDRs have a faster clock

right now i am sitting on a 173 clock for both

That's not that bad for that card.

Thats about right, when i had my Radeon Le i got somewhere in the neighbourhood of 2800 with a P3@900. Im buying another LE despite all the GF3 hype. If it runs well in CS its more than enough for me.

forgot to add the LE was clocked to 191/191

i think personally that the Radeon has BETTER graphics than the GeForce2...haven't seen the 3 yet. My bro has a GF2 and I personally think the games LOOK better on mine, even though his may score higher. I am looking into buying the NEW Radeon that is coming out

Guess youve got the retail version of the Radeon? 5.5ns ram should get you around 200 with decent cooling. That is if its one of the older ones. I heard some jibber jabber about the newer radeons being sold with better ram but then i left on vaca. so dont know the whole deal. AKDude should be able to tell you if he strolls by.

those are very nice scores!!!!!

I get close to 5000 with a geforce 2 ultra overclocked

I would say anything in the 4000 range is very good

I realy need to start tweaking a bit if I wanna get anything higher
anyone know of any good tweaking programs for geforce cards?
beside NVmax (I hate that program sense it isnt clear to what Im doing to my card)

NVmax is probably the best I've used, and you don't have to have it load to your system tray.

Coolbits works great for me, and saves more things having to be loaded at startup.

What other options you need from the program(s)? That might determine which one to use, I only overclock so coolbits is fine.

I like Powerstrip, I get much higher oc'ing results with PS over anything else.

Respectable score. Now tweak. Alter settings. Experiment with things (always note your original settings). I've a lowly P600 with a clocked Herc. Prophet II MX 64Meg, and am acheiving 2500 ish with practice.....
