Hi...
Ive had my system for approx 8 months now running 1.4Ghz thunderbird on an A7V266 motherboard. Its quite warm now in the U.K and ive noticed my cpu temps reaching 67c under load, its fitted with a thermalright sk6 with a delta fan and my case has a total of 6 fans (coolercase tornado) and it sounds like one :rolleyes: . After giving my computer a hoover out I decided to check that the heatsink was nice and firm and found that I could move it slightly left or right is this normal ??? . As the system wasnt built by me and ive had no real experience of fitting a processor I was thinking of buying some artic silver and re doing the heatsink maybe theres nothing between the heatsink and processor???
