Weird sound coming from PS with 2 GHz XP

Well.. I finally got my Athlon XP 1800+ to 2 GHz with this KT333 Epox board. But my PS is making this weird hummming sound kinda like a transformer. And my case fans have a lower tone to them. But my PS is an Enermax 431 watter! Still, this is weird.

I have fried 2-431watt and 1-365 Enermax's in the last year. They might be good for Intel chips, but I have had bad luck w/ them on AMD boards.
Try disconnecting everything but the Mobo, HDD and card. See if the noise diminishes. If not, your PSU might be going south.
