I decided one day to go out and buy a better cpu cooler, so i went to my local pcshop ( Microbytes) and bought the Volcano 7 as they recommended. I looked at the specs and was pleased, so i bought it.
All excited and all, after finally removing my old fan( the one that came with the cpu), i grabed th enew one and began to place it. I came to a stop. There are 2 wires sticking out of the fane 1 red&black, and 1 yellow. I guess they must go in the fan headers. I place them boot up, WOW my cpu temp is 65c. HILY ****!!. 3-4 hours i tried turning it , swithing the wires around. nothing worked. So frustrared, i took it out and put my original fan on.
I just visited the company's website www.thermaltake.com, chose my product and viewed the instalation. BOOM!! I see an extra peicehttp://www.thermaltake.com/images/products/heatsink/v7plus2Bswitch.jpg
Those *******s who sold it to me forgot to include it!!! I'm going back tomorrow, I am extremely angry !!
