ok who do i push my Intel 100Mhz @ 188Mhz past 200Mhz?

Well if this is the chip in your sig? Then its not a 100mhz chip rather a 133 or "b" chip. In order to hit 200mhz I think that you would need some sub zero temps, and I doubt that it would be stable for long. The chip cannot handle those speeds and thats really all there is to it. Sorry.

I'd be really happy with that. What kind of memory timmings are you running? I noticed that your sig says PC2100, maybe you should invest in some PC3200 and run your memory at full speed.

wellif its DRAM u wont its

DRAM Timing 70ns

DRAM Leadoff Timing: 10/6/4
DRAM Read Burst: x333/x444
DRAM Write Burst Timing: x333

all i can see in Bios!!!
